Shipping and Returns Policy

Purchased directly online from MMSkincare ?

If you are not satisfied with our The MMSphere, MMMask or MMSerum and would like to return it for a full refund (less shipping), please return the product in original packaging within 30 calendar days (from delivery date). If the cosmetic packaging is opened, damaged or used, products are not eligible for refunds. Upon return, a refund will be applied back to your original credit card. Please allow up to two (2) business days for processing.

Please package the item securely and enclose your original invoice and write reason for return. If you do not have your invoice, enclose a note with your full name, telephone, email address and reason for return.

Galactic Beauty, LLC does not provide return shipping labels. Any item you have accepted and then returned is your responsibility until it reaches our warehouse. Please therefore ensure that you send your item back to us using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
